Position: Hybrid Live-Out Executive Assistant
Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and travel as needed

A professional based in the West Village is seeking a  highly organized,  Executive Assistant to support both personal and professional operations. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage the fast pace of a creative lifestyle while maintaining discretion, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.

The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced, ever-changing environments, proactively anticipates needs, and brings organization, discretion, and a sense of calm to a demanding schedule. This is a rare opportunity to work closely with an internationally recognized artist in a multifaceted role that combines executive support, personal assistance, and creative project coordination.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for personal and professional matters
  • Coordinate events, exhibitions, meetings, and photo shoots
  • Oversee household logistics and communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion
  • Track expenses, assist with budgeting, and maintain organizational systems
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for creative and personal projects
  • Maintain complete confidentiality in all matters

Requirements

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant supporting a high-profile individual or executive
  • Excellent professional references
  • Legal to work in the United States
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems
  • Exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Comfortable working in both private homes and professional studio settings
  • Open to occasional travel and schedule flexibility
  • Interest in photography, art, fashion, or culture is a plus
Salary: Starting at $100,000 per year, with flexibility for higher compensation depending on experience
Start Date: ASAP
