Position: Full-Time Live-In
About the Family

A warm family in North Caldwell, NJ is seeking an experienced and organized Live-In Housekeeper/Nanny to support their home and assist with their two young children. Mom and Dad are very involved parents but need an extra set of hands. They already employee a full time housekeeper.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with young children while keeping a home running smoothly.

Adults: 2
Children: 3 children ( 8 , 5 , 4 years old, expecting a 4th baby)
 

Position Responsibilities

Childcare

• Help with the newborn while the mom cares for the older children
• Help mom prepare breakfasts for the children
• Assist with childcare throughout the day as needed
• Babysitting required approximately 2 evenings per week and occasional mornings

Housekeeping

• Help with housekeeping related to the kids
• Daily cleaning and organization
• Maintain neat and organized living spaces
• Family laundry, including hand-washing delicate items
• Occasional ironing

Cooking

• Help start and prep simple family dinners
• Plain, healthy cooking preferred

Position Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience working in private homes
• Strong housekeeping and organizational skills
• Minimum of 2 excellent references
• Ability to pass stringent background checks and drug testing
• English-speaking required

Living Accommodations

• Private bedroom and private bathroom provided
• Paid vacation included

Schedule: Monday–Friday
Salary: $1,200 take-home per week take home, 40hrs/week
